• 7/16 @ 6pm, 7 Hills, (Warm-Up @ 5:15pm)
• 7/23 @ 6pm, Richland, (Warm-Up @ 5:15pm)
• 8/01 @ 10am, JCC, (Warm-Up @ 9am) (Tentative)

• $75 league fee for folks who wanna do meets
• $150 club & coach fee for folks who wanna practice* (pay via 7 Hills Captyn: https://7h.captyn.com)

*7 Hills adult team practices are limited to 18 & older members & employees of the club. Non-member friends & families are welcome to register and compete with our team at GUS meets
